Primary Responsibilities:

• Leads the team in ensuring compliance to the Continued Airworthiness of Cebu Pacific fleet and maximum dispatch reliability in coordination with the Reliability Team.
• Participate in AOG (Aircraft on Ground) meetings and managerial committees to provide oversight on operational developments and issues
• Filter departmental concerns to ensure appropriate handling by the team and proper delegation to other teams when necessary, ensuring recommendations are provided before endorsement
• Manage team manpower, especially during AOG situations and training sessions.
• Collaborate with managers to develop innovations aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, such as digitalization initiatives, improving AOG handling processes, identifying areas for improvement, and streamlining communication and turnover procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably has more than six (6) years of work-related experience in the airline or engineering industry
